We’re excited to share we recently received a 2024 Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio! Part of that process was to share more about who we are here at Kane Learning, and we want to share this with you, too!

First Up: Character
Our mission is simple: We inspire people to learn and grow. We believe that everyone has the capacity to learn and develop new skills, and we're committed to providing the tools and resources they need to succeed.
The way we work together and with our clients is rooted in our values. These aren’t just words, but a way of life... a clear and positive path to begin and end each day. If you’ve been around us for even a short amount of time now, you’ll know this mission comes to life in these 4 values:

We are committed to creating a rich and rewarding workplace culture designed to support us and our clients' success. We show trust and empowerment of our team in a unique way: through our workday. We sure don't have a traditional 9-5 day at Kane Learning! We thrive in a distributed work model with workplace flexibility. While we are urgently responsive to our clients, how we structure our work is very innovative, individualized, and connects to Kane Learning’s mission and values.
And then - Customers!
We're fortunate to have formed excellent partnerships with many of our clients. We love to help solve important organizational challenges and share easy to execute strategies that help teams succeed. Our customized learning and development solutions have proven to be achievable for both large and small companies.
We do this the Kane Learning Way: We believe in practical solutions that can be applied on the job right away, 2) Our consultants are experienced experts in the areas they support, and 3) We see ourselves as partners in the process, not experts who swoop in with answers. This not only sets us apart from our competitors but builds lasting relationships with our clients because we’ve set them up for success now and in the future.
And finally, Community.
Through our work, we are proud to support community engagement for three local school districts, strategic planning for several local non-profit agencies, and leadership development for local non-profits and businesses. Because we believe local non-profit organizations are an integral part of our community, we ensure our solutions are attainable and offer our non-profit partners a discount on our services.
Additionally, we volunteer time to support organizations like Home for Families and the Licking County Aging Program. Several of our team members also serve on non-profit boards. Sharing our time and talents brings us together and positively impacts our community.
We strive to be a boutique consulting firm with a knack for custom solutions and an even bigger heart. Gratitude is woven into our DNA, fostering a unique vibe that clients and team members feel from day one. With open conversations about the state of the business and a culture that encourages everyone to “think like an owner,” the Kane Learning team is empowered to build genuine, lasting client relationships. And when we’re not going above and beyond for clients, we’re sharing their expertise in strategic planning and leadership development with local nonprofits, generously volunteering our time to support organizations that make a difference in the community.
