STRATEGIC PLANNING
We partner with our clients to develop strategic plans that support their organization’s goals. Following the process outlined below, we facilitate working sessions with key stakeholders and meet with the leadership team to craft the strategic plan. Additionally, we will help you develop your first year action plan and implementation strategy and provide a tracking tool you can use to measure progress toward your strategic priorities.

Articulate Mission
Ideate and align on a mission, vision, and values that communicates:
·Why do we exist?
·How do we define excellence?
·What do we stand for?
Identify Critical Issues
Through a facilitated SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis, the team will explore the gap between the current state and the desired future state. Understanding this gap will help the team identify the critical issues that need to be addressed to support long-term success.
Determine Strategic Priorities
Using the critical issues identified, the team will align on strategic priorities for the next 3-5 years. Then, they will establish objectives and measures of success for each strategic priority.
One Year Action Plan
Create high-level goals for the length of the strategic plan and specific one-year action plans for each goal, identifying specific steps to take, timelines, owners, etc.
